Responsible to perform a range of HVAC-R repairs and services on commercial equipment applications including but not limited to Chillers, Cooling Towers, and AIR Handling Units. Applicant is primary operator of District wide DDC control for over 850,000 Sq. Ft. including scheduling of equipment, calibration, and troubleshooting. This is operator/programmer level responsibility for all aspects of building HVAC controls. Strong computer and logic skills are required. Electrical troubleshooting and other mechanical repairs are also required.
Salary From: Starting at $21.00/hr Salary To: Starting at $21.00/hr Salary and benefits as established by the contract between the District and the Sweet Home Service Employees’ Association. Salary listed is the minimum starting rate for the position.
High School diploma. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills; dependability, thoroughness and ability to work well with others; strong organization; capable of following oral and written instructions.
