Job Description

• Working knowledge of the maintenance and repair of buildings, fixtures, and equipment;
• Willingness to assist maintenance mechanics with repair jobs;
• Ability to make a variety of simple repairs and adjustments to buildings and equipment;
• Possess physical endurance and be in good physical condition with the ability to lift medium weights, operate lifts, use scaffolding, and climb ladders;
• Willingness to perform routine manual work;
• Willingness to work under all weather conditions;
• Willingness to assist maintenance mechanics with larger repair jobs;
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, dependability, and thoroughness; and a demonstrated ability to work well with others;
• Strong organizational skills;
• Capable of following oral and written instructions; and
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid Driver's License
