Key Responsibilities:
Working knowledge of the maintenance and repair of buildings, fixtures, and equipment;
Willingness to assist maintenance mechanics with repair jobs;
Ability to make a variety of simple repairs and adjustments to buildings and equipment;
Possess physical endurance and be in good physical condition with the ability to lift medium weights, operate lifts, use scaffolding, and climb ladders;
Willingness to perform routine manual work;
Willingness to work under all weather conditions;
Willingness to assist maintenance mechanics with larger repair jobs;
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, dependability, and thoroughness;
and a demonstrated ability to work well with others;
Strong organizational skills;
Capable of following oral and written instructions; and
Other duties as assigned.
