Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver lessons grounded in evidence based best practice and specially designed instruction.
• Individualize learning experiences, as appropriate, creating flexible grouping for learning experiences.
• Integrate IEP goals into lesson plans.
• Manage student behavior in the classroom.
• Meet course, grade-level, and district performance goals.
• Complete IEP progress reports.
• Participate in regular, ongoing professional training.
• Work with administrators to ensure district and state initiatives are being met.
• Create a positive educational climate for students to participate in, promoting success for students of all abilities.

Salary Range:  $52,100 - $116,209 (Master’s Steps 1-22); $47,072 - $99,337 (Bachelor’s Steps 1-22)
