Maintenance Mechanic (HVAC)

Responsible to perform a range of HVAC-R repairs and services on commercial equipment applications including but not limited to Chillers, Cooling Towers, and AIR Handling Units. Applicant is primary operator of District wide DDC control for over 850,000 Sq. Ft. including scheduling of equipment, calibration, and troubleshooting. This is operator/programmer level responsibility for all aspects of building HVAC controls. Strong computer and logic skills are required. Electrical troubleshooting and other mechanical repairs are also required.

  • Has a demonstrated ability to work well with others;
  • Assists in the preparation and service of food; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Clerk Typist - Food Service
  • Responsible for providing clerical assistance to the building administrator(s);
  • Effectively communicates and interacts with students, parents, staff, and administration;
  • Utilizes enhanced computer systems and equipment;
  • Sorts, indexes, and files mail, bills, requisitions, ledger cards, and other material;
  • Pulls material from files, makes file searches, and maintains records;
  • Checks reports and records for accuracy and completeness;
  • Answers telephone and gives out information;
  • Assists in the preparation of payrolls and maintenance of time cards and attendance;
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
$17.50/hr
