Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to our diversity, equity, and inclusion mission: Cultivating a community where all members experience a sense of belonging. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to support student well-being;
  • Provide clinical mental health diagnosis and treatment;
  • Deliver psychotherapy using clinical treatment models (CBT, trauma therapy, etc.);
  • Develop clinical treatment plans;
  • When applicable, bill Medicaid or insurance for eligible services;
  • Conduct formal mental health assessments;
  • Assess for trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, etc.;
  • Make clinical referrals and treatment recommendations;
  • Provide therapy;
  • Conduct home visits;
  • Coordinate with community agencies (CPS, courts, foster care, etc.);
  • Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions;
  • Address serious mental health needs;
  • Conduct clinical risk assessments;
  • Provide trauma-focused therapy;
  • Coordinate community mental health treatment and other duties as assigned.

Salary Range:  $52,100 - $116,209 (Master's Steps 1-22); $47,072 - $99,337 (Bachelor's Steps 1-22)

Hall Monitor - HS

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hall Monitor who is committed to our diversity, equity, and inclusion mission: Cultivating a community where all members experience a sense of belonging. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students.

Position Status: Full-time, 10 months, 7.75 hrs/day         

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • A demonstrated ability to connect with school-age students;
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a supervisory team;
  • Escorting students;
  • Supervising hallways;
  • Locker room supervision;
  • Manning entrance doors; and
  • Other duties as assigned. 
$16.48 - $20.00/hr
