Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to support student well-being;
- Provide clinical mental health diagnosis and treatment;
- Deliver psychotherapy using clinical treatment models (CBT, trauma therapy, etc.);
- Develop clinical treatment plans;
- When applicable, bill Medicaid or insurance for eligible services;
- Conduct formal mental health assessments;
- Assess for trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, etc.;
- Make clinical referrals and treatment recommendations;
- Provide therapy;
- Conduct home visits;
- Coordinate with community agencies (CPS, courts, foster care, etc.);
- Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions;
- Address serious mental health needs;
- Conduct clinical risk assessments;
- Provide trauma-focused therapy;
- Coordinate community mental health treatment and other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $52,100 - $116,209 (Master's Steps 1-22); $47,072 - $99,337 (Bachelor's Steps 1-22) | $47,072 - $116,209 |
